I've been working on and off here and there for years on an archiving effort--to gather, process and make sense of my dad's self-recorded song demos in an attempt to create a listenable compilation of all of his songs that we didn't get to record while he was alive.

Well, I finally have what I consider a "complete draft" that includes every song I have found a recording of that wasn't on his album "The Long View." I'm sure there are issues with titles, and one song--"Sleeping Alone"--doesn't sound at all like his arrangement style so I'm guessing it's a cover, but I can't find any record of the lyrics online so I don't know....

But this is my current best effort, and the title of this project was the original working title for "The Long View" so I know it's something he would have used--and is, in my opinion, the perfect title for this project.
